About Us
Guiding Employers to the SavePoint in Benefits Strategy
SavePoint Insurance TEAM was founded with a clear objective: to provide employers with a more strategic, transparent, and results-driven approach to employee benefits. After decades of experience working with large national firms and advising complex employer groups, John Carlson recognized a consistent gap in the market—many organizations were being underserved by rigid, one-size-fits-all solutions that lacked flexibility, insight, and long-term strategy. SavePoint was built to address that gap by delivering senior-level expertise, data-driven decision-making, and a more personalized approach to benefits consulting. As the firm has grown, additional leadership and expertise have been added to expand capabilities and enhance the value delivered to clients, while staying true to the original vision of providing high-level advisory services to a broader range of employers.
Backed by more than 36 years of experience in employee benefits, we bring deep expertise and proven strategies to help business owners and HR leaders attract top talent and manage long-term costs through transparent, results-driven plan design.
